Dave recently authored a Harvard Business School published book on "Reinventing Organization: How Companies can Deliver Radically Greater Value in Fast Changing Market" which showcase transformation learning lessons from 8 world's best digital companies such as Amazon, Facebook & Alibaba.

A professor at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a partner at the RBL Group, a consulting firm. He has published over 200 articles and book chapters and 25 books: The Why of Work (2010, Wendy Ulrich, No. 1 Best Seller for Wall Street Journal and USA Today), Leadership in Asia (2009), HR Scorecard (2001, Brian Becker and Mark Huselid), the highly acclaimed Human Resource Champions (1997) and, the latest, HR from acclaimed In (2013).

He has consulted and done research with over half of the Fortune 200. He has been ranked the most influentialperson in human resources by HR Magazine and the number one Management Educator and Guru by Business Week. He is also listed as one of the “World’s Top Five” business coaches by Forbes Magazine.
